I've lived and invested through every Dubai property cycle of the last 26 years, from the 2008 crash to today's boom. That experience is what my clients pay for: knowing what to buy, when to buy, and when to walk away.
Before real estate, I spent most of my career in senior management roles with large multinationals, so I approach every deal the way a business would: with proper due diligence, clear numbers and no pressure.
Today I work with investors from Australia, Hong Kong and Africa building portfolios, bulk holdings and long-term positions. As a licensed broker, mortgage broker and HKFA Trust Associate, I handle the full picture: the right asset, the right financing and the right structure to protect it.
